The challenge
Years of quick fixes make every change risky.
Mixed vendors, undocumented changes and ageing hardware leave an environment nobody fully understands, so every migration feels like a risk to production.
What we deliver
From LAN design to datacenter moves.
LAN design and deployment
Switching and routing architectures with a clear VLAN, IP and naming structure.
WAN, SD-WAN and site-to-site connectivity
Reliable links between sites, with redundancy where it matters.
ISP circuit migrations
Moving sites to new providers or circuits with planned cutovers and rollback.
Datacenter and server room moves
Planning, re-cabling coordination and controlled relocation of network equipment.
Lifecycle refresh
Identifying end-of-life and end-of-support hardware and replacing it in a planned way.
DNS, DHCP and IPAM
Centralised, consistent address and name management.
Application delivery
Load balancing and application delivery for critical services.
Structured cabling assessment
On-site review of telecom rooms, cabling and pathways, a signed-off requirements document and a complete RFQ package for cabling contractors.
Rack, power and patching
UPS and PDU installation, fibre panel relocation with loss testing, and structured patching with Patchbox and a documented port map.
Vendor migrations
Moving from one vendor to another, for example Cisco to Fortinet, with configurations translated, tested and cut over in phases.
A typical LAN refresh
Six phases, from audit to signed handover.
Designed for live production sites: cutovers run out of hours and every critical step has a rollback decision point.
Discovery & audit
Topology, routing, VLAN and spanning-tree review; every device inventoried with model, serial, firmware and lifecycle status.
Design & bill of materials
HLD and LLD with port plans, VLAN/IP schema and labelling convention; a BOM cross-checked against the audit.
Prerequisites
Rack space, power and fibre readiness; services that must move first are migrated in their own window.
Cutover
New switches and access points installed, upgraded and hardened; legacy hardware backed up and decommissioned.
Access control
802.1X enabled in phases per building or zone, validated before full enforcement; firewall rules checked against required flows.
Hypercare & handover
Daily checkpoints after each go-live, then as-built diagrams, rack layouts and a signed handover per building.

FAQ
Common questions
Can you work with our existing vendors?
We work with the technologies listed above, and we design around what you already have wherever it still makes sense.
How do you avoid downtime during migrations?
Every change is planned with a maintenance window, a tested rollback path and approval before execution.
Can you work on a live production site?
Yes. Cutovers are scheduled out of hours (evenings, nights and weekends), with a rollback decision point at every critical step.
Do you work on-site?
On-site or remotely, depending on the task. We have delivered projects in 18 countries.
What happens after the project?
You receive full documentation and a handover. If you prefer, we can continue operating the network as a managed service.
Planning a migration or a refresh?
We start with a review of your current network and a plan for the next step.
